Hey everyone! My name is Jon from New York City/St. Louis. I'm glad that someone decided to put a website like this together, because it's been a very long time coming. Thank you Carlos! I'm currently the Director of Public Relations for EthnikRoots, a clothing label based in Chicago that designs Filipino-inspired clothing, as well as other cultures. Outside of EthnikRoots, I recently joined TheLunaCo, a San Francisco based artist management company, and I am also working alongside the lovely Marisa Santiago and the rest of the 2010 MAFA Committee as the Variety Show Coordinator for the 2010 Conference. Outside of all this, I'm into fashion, artist management, event planning, brand & talent development, and sports... lots and lots of sports. I hope to get to know each and everyone of you in here. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello Fil-Am! My name is Mike from Chicago, IL. I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Carlos for making this site happen and to everyone who continues to support it. After being involved in my alma mater's Filipino organization, I have been looking for a way to get involved post-graduation here in Chicago. I am the Director of Communications at my day job and also have my own business in web design, graphic design and photography. The collective effort of all three I call Unscene Media Group (UMG). Come say hello to see what we're about!

Now as far as being involved in the Chicago Fil Am community is concerned, I'm happy to announce that I am part of this year's Chicago Filipino American Film Festival (Click here for the 2008 website). ako is michelle , i'm real filipina from scottsdale,arizona...... i'm also a single mom with a 4 yr old lil girl name jade..... my parents are filipinos!!! i grew up in the us but born in the philippines......... not much filipinos here in arizona.... bcoz its too hot here and humdy sometimes!!! i'm new on the site!!!

My name is Edwin and I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois to Filipino parents. I moved to Los Angeles in 1981 specifically for the sun. By day, I work at E! Entertainment - Style - G4TV in Los Angeles and on my spare time, I act in film & television as well as spend time with family and friends.
