www.Fil.Am

Filipino-American Social Networking

Hello. I'd like to welcome you to this site. My name is Carlos Tabora and I am the creator of Fil.Am. I am a songwriter and marketer and live in Orange County, CA. I love music and like to karaoke. These days you'll more likely find me at a karaoke bar than a dance club, but I remember back in the day when I used to hit the clubs all the time. I hope you enjoy and join this site. I'd like Fil.Am to become a great place for Pinoys to hang out, network and build great relationships. If you have a Twitter account, please follow me at www.TweetCarlos.com. God bless and take care!

Hello Fil.Am world! My name is JR and I am full Filipino. While I was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, my parents were born in the Philippines (Pangasinan). I now live and work in the DC area as an engineer but have started side business in the clothing industry with company named AiReal Apparel. You will see that thru our brand, we pay tribute to our roots in sports, music, hip-hop culture, and most importantly, the Filipino culture. Our Filipino based collection features our "I Love the PI" and "PI Sun & Stars" tees and hoodies.

While there are many Filipinos in Virginia, we are definitely happy that we came across the Fil.Am site because it provides us the opportunity to introduce the AiReal Apparel line to the rest of the Filipinos across the world. We look forward to meeting and building connections with all of you! Feel free to check out us out online @ www.airealapparel.com and let us know what you think. As a young entrepreneur, I truly appreciate any and all support I may receive from my Filipino (and non-Filipino) brothers and sisters.

Sup everyone! Name's Tim. I'm half Filipino from my mom's side of the family. I was born here in the U.S. and have lived here all my life but I'm really proud to be pinoy. I heard about this site from a friend and I gotta say it's pretty cool. Right now I'm teaching myself Tagalog.

hi! I am Lorna Joannes, my husband and I are missionaries in south east Asia. We just published a book entitled "Ako ay Pilipino, Noon at Ngayon". It is about the Identity of the Filipinos and Destiny of the Philippines. We would like to share that with you and everyone. We love what you have done in this site. Great job! Mabuhay ang Pilipino!
