Warm weather and good eats!

As the weather grows warmer with each passing day, everyone seems excited about enjoying the great outdoors. I know for me, spring and summer mean getting together with friends and family and having a good barbecue.

So, I ask, what are some of your favorite Filipino dishes for those warm months?

Mine definitely have to be Filipino-style BBQ and Halo-Halo. In my opinion, everything tastes better on a stick. =)
